We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

• All services are subject to availability and our internal capacity.
• Project timelines and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

When you create an account or engage our services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

All payments for SonalInfo services are due as per the agreed project milestones or invoicing schedule. By engaging our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

• A deposit may be required before work commences on any project.
• All invoices are payable within 7 business days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your service agreement.
• Refunds are governed by our individual project agreements and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All content, features, and functionality on our website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of SonalInfo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in their project agreement. SonalInfo retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services.
• Reproducing, duplicating, or reselling any part of our services without written consent.
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our platforms.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SonalInfo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SonalInfo in the six (6) months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via email or a notice on our website.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
