Migrating to the cloud — or between cloud providers — is a complex, high-stakes operation that requires meticulous planning to execute without data loss or prolonged downtime. Our cloud migration service provides a structured, safe path to your target environment.

We begin every migration with a detailed discovery and assessment phase: cataloguing all applications, databases, dependencies, and integrations; identifying migration risks and dependencies; and selecting the appropriate migration strategy for each workload (lift-and-shift, re-platform, re-architect, or retire).

Migration is executed in phases with comprehensive testing at each stage. Database migrations are performed with minimal downtime using replication and blue-green cutover strategies. Post-migration, we monitor closely for any performance regressions or unexpected behaviours and resolve them promptly. Full documentation of the migrated environment is provided as a deliverable.
